Hm, you are probably out of luck... you could set a hidden preference in Mozilla:but as everything I access is generated with PHP, this is not an option (it seems it's not possible to sign only the javascript).
user_pref("signed.applets.codebase_principal_support", true);
but you probably don't want to do that...
