I added a new directory service key which allows you to specify the
location of the xpti.dat file (NS_XPCOM_XPTI_REGISTRY_FILE). At the
same time, I fix the key used for specifying the compreg.dat file
location (NS_XPCOM_COMPONENT_REGISTRY_FILE). You should now be able to
customize the location of both of these files.
