The person behind Loxur is Gerald Bauer which had decided that any GUI
described in an XML format should be called XUL. In his logic Microsoft's
XAML is also XUL. He was asked several times to stop abusing the XUL name,
but I guess he is waiting for a letter from a lawyer before he will decide
to comply with the requests.
