I have found on xulplanet info about "file-io", but when I try to create Components.classes["@mozilla.org/network/file-io;1"] it says that file-io not exists.
Windows, Firefox 0.8

That's right. The file-io component is history. It was removed from the Mozilla prior to version 1.3. If you explain what you are trying to do, we might able to help you find the rigth alternative.
