I am developing an interface where :
Situation 1:
In GNOME desktop
When the end-user tries to browse the internet, the user has to open a dialup software in a seperate process and activate the ISP server. And then only the end-user can use the internet.
My objective is to when the mozilla is activated/display(offline).
I want to create a software where it display ISP connection logon interface. A bit IExplore LOGON UI.
I am writing this software in C/C++. So go on about do this.
