So is it in one of the gecko-sdk libs, kinda like strings (light memory footprint linking)? It sure isn't in any header or idl files that come with the sdk.

I take that back, this wouldn't be similar to strings, cause nsEmbedString header is part of sdk, but it's not statically link. Until further info, i am still inclined to think that this interface isn't part of gecko, but rather part of a gecko app, such as mozilla, or firefox.
