I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "repaired" source code, but if you mean the code of a dynamic page incorporating DOM modifications, then the best way I know how to get it would be directly through the DOM. Given an nsiDOMDocument document, you can get everything except for the opening and closing html tags and any opening xml and/or doctype declaration with document.documentElement.innerHTML. If you also need the doctype declaration, that is available from document.doctype (nsIDOMDocumentType). I hope this helps.
