[MP3 ENCODER] profiling maths functions

Hi all,
        just wondering if anyone has a recent profile of lame which includes
explicitly the calls and times that program spends in math routines.  My old
freebsd box used to do it (with profile-libs installed), but i can't figure out
how to do it on my linux box.
