mdct - rewritten
fft - tweaked?
window-subband -tweaked majorly.
filter-subband - i think this got sucked into window-subband
-- lots and lots of things changed.
-- there were some structural changes to the program as well.
(functions were in different places and were called from different places)
LAME on my standard test file went from 261 seconds to encode down to 218. A
16% speedup. May be some quality issues though - preliminary listen indicated
something was amiss.
