[MP3 ENCODER] FhG Codec Versions

I haven't done extensive tests yet, but as from my observation, it seems that FhG
has released codecs of three different qualities. They have released some of them
independently and also bundled some of them with other programs. I'm stating them
below with the program names. If I am wrong, please let me know.

Codec #1:

L3Enc
.mp3 Producer
Audioactive Production Studio
Fraunhofer Internal Codec [Released 1996]


Codec #2:
MP3Enc
CoolEdit Plugin

Codec #3:
MMJB 5
Other new programs that features a fast FhG codec.
