The -l3wav parameter if mp3enc 3.1 doesnt seem to work under win98 (crashes mp3enc). This setting is supposed to wrap the encoded mp3 in a windows .wav file. Is there a program that can do this externally of an encoder? Ie: take an mp3 and wrap it into a wav? I prefer the output of mp3enc to the acm codecs that are available. This function of mp3enc is said to work on win2k, but I have no way of getting my hands on a copy :(. Any help in the matter would be greatly appreciated, thanks...
