[MP3 ENCODER] ogg support

Hello everyone,

  I'm looking for a win32 compiled binary in which ogg support is
  enabled. So far I haven't found one - links, anyone?

  BTW: there's a small "typo" in the USAGE file; the explanation for the
  --ogginput switch is also found in the --ogg section... :-)
