Hi. I think recent changes of cvs may cause a quality problem. Current "-q 1" can be better quality than "-q 0".
quantize.c should handle "gfc->noise_shaping_amp == 3;" or "gfc->noise_shaping_amp" should be "2" in lame_init_qval function of lame.c when "-q 0".
