[MP3 ENCODER] Lame truncates long files...

Hi,

I am using Lame (--r3mix) to mp3 encode large (~2hr) wav files. I edit the intro and outro of the wav files to something pleasing, but find that the mp3 file is truncated by an amount which seems to be proportional to the length of the file. Is this known behaviour and is there something which can be done to get round this?
