As far as I am aware, no, you can't.

'MIDI' (which stands for Musical Instrument Digital
Interface) only contains 'instructions' (music
performance data) to trigger the pre-recorded sounds
already on your mobile and/or externally imported
samples - MIDI doesn't actually contain any audio
itself, at all, therefore you can't (to my knowledge)
convert between Audio-to-MIDI.
