Hi Francisco & Others, Did you ever resolve this issue? I am facing a similar error (guile-config is broken or Guile is not working) and see the same fault in config.log (undefined reference to `gh_enter'). Is it possible the GH methods are not included in modern Guile? For the record, I am (to my knowledge) directing configure to the the correct library directories with CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS: ./configure CPPFLAGS="-DH5_USE_16_API=1 -I/usr/lib64" LDFLAGS="- L/usr/lib64" Thanks, Will > > > _______________________________________________ > mpb-discuss mailing list > mpb-discuss <at> ab-initio.mit.edu > http://ab-initio.mit.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mpb-discuss _______________________________________________ mpb-discuss mailing list mpb-discuss@ab-initio.mit.edu http://ab-initio.mit.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mpb-discuss
