Many recent DACs today support 352.8 and 384kHz as well as DSD (1x/2x).
Basically all dacs based on the ESS 9016/9018 chip as well some new AKM
chips.
I do not really understand the question about the 'native rate that would
require no resampling', anyway I was making no claims of easy ways to
obtain superior audio quality, only asking to be able to use features
available on similar audio application like Foobar and JRiver. That was all.
But I'm afraid I'm off topic here.
