I use ipfw. As I said, that's a pppoe connection, not pptp.
Pppoe is a link-level connection, so there's no need in
firewalling that.

mpd does routing by default, exactly the way you
describe it. In case you need a more complicated
setup, you can always use link-up and link-down scripts.
