[mpeg2] Where is SDK for kfir?

The SDKs used to be on the ftp site of Visiontech at
ftp.visiontech-dml.com but they no longer seem to be there.
They have removed a lot of files. Only the application files are left.

Sorry, but I don't know of any other source for those files.
