[mpeg2] reading MPEG2 stream from KFIR chip on WinTV PVR

I actually encode MPEG files with the KFIR driver on a BMK board.
I would like to do the same encoding process with an Hauppauge WinTV PVR
board.

The driver from sourceforge.net/projects/pvr/ seems to initialize correctly,
but the driver is not launched, resulting in a segmentation fault reading
KFIR associated videodev module (/dev/video1).

Has anybody made such a working process ????
