Indeed, it looks like kfir_micro.h is not correct in your case. It should be generated from the windows drivers. Your cmicro.c is also different from mine. Try 'cvs update cmicro.c'. But I doubt that this is a big issue. Try extracting the code from the windows drivers that I extracted them from.
