The headers are different since a different paper is being cited. There
is however a command line switch to override this default behavior.
The footers tend to have more databases listed than a typical ncbi blast
scenario. But I believe even ncbi blast produces identical output if you
were to have a DB split in N parts.
Otherwise nothing stands out to my mind.
