Hello, I just installed mpiblast-1.4.0 on a linux cluster. I created the database with mpiformatdb, and then tried to run mpiblast:
>mpirun -np 3 mpiblast -p blastp -i ../ech_10k.fas -d yeast.aa I got a bunch of errors like this: [blastall] ERROR: ECH3937_v3_14491;: BlastKarlinBlkGappedCalc: BLOSUM80 is a supported matrix My ~/.ncbirc file is: [NCBI] Data=/home/yiwang/ncbi/data [BLAST] BLASTDB=/home/yiwang/ncbi BLASTMAT=/home/yiwang/ncbi/data [mpiBLAST] Shared=/home/yiwang/ncbi Local=/tmp Did anybody ever run into the same problem?
