Hello,
My school has a Linux cluster. Five nodes with 2xOpteron 270 processors per
node, 4 GB RAM per node. And the OS is CentOS 4.4.
Before I compile the mpiblast-1.4.0, I should compile ncbi toolbox
successfully. I have patched the ncbi with the NCBI_2004 patch. But when I
run the makedis.csh script, several minutes later, the system will log out.
It indicates that the ld command has something wrong.
I'd like to know how to solve this problem. I run the same ncbi toolbox in
32bits machines, it runs well.
