Hi All, I've committed some pretty big changes to the trunk. To get Moller's gcd code incorporated into the build tree I needed to modify a lot of the aclocal, autoconf, and automake scripts. So, make sure you do a "make distclean" before your next svn update. Seems to pass make check for me on various platforms. Let me know what breaks for you.
