I tried for a while to get SVN MPFR to build, but I'm just getting too
many autoconf errors, and don't have time for this now.  I might just
wait for the next MPFR release before updating MPIR in Sage.   I
wonder when that will be.

Are you sure you guys really want to make it so
people/distros/whatever can't install MPIR-2 until other libraries
like MPFR have new stable releases first?
