T2 passed , so I think we can release :)

Just got to update the docs , Brian , what changes did you make to MSVC side , 
I know you cleaned it up a bit .

I will put down the MinGW64 support as "initial" as there does seem to be some 
issues with it. By the way , Jeff you should be able to at least build a C 
version.

Anything else I've forgotten?
