Hi

speed.exe tune.exe try.exe don't build on MinGW64 due to no include
paths being set , so I did a comparison of the mpir directory after
configure under linux and mingw64 , there were no significant
differences , which suggests that it is MSYS that has bug ,
specifically "make" . This is not the latest version of MSYS , but it
is the latest stable version that you could get via a single download.
The later versions you have to get an alpha-release installer , and
considering how flakey mingw64 has been , I think I'll leave it until
the next release . The current stable version of MSYS will give us a
known base from which we can make sure everything works OK
