We don't provide binaries but you can build MPIR with Visual C++ Express 2010. However, the VC++ Express installation on its own only provides for 32-bit (win32) builds. If you want to build MPIR for native 64-bit Windows (x64), you will also need to install the Windows 7.1 SDK Brian Gladman
