Hi David Bill ha s explained what you need to do to build MPIR. I have Visual Studio 2013 build files for MPFR but I have not uploaded them to my web site at: http://brgladman.org/oldsite/computing/gmp4win.php You may be able to use the files for Visual STudio 2010 but I suspect that they may need updating. I will endeavour to update my build files for MPFR to VS 2013 so that they are available to you.
