I don't think those extra functions are ever available or used on x86,
which is probably why they were not ever added to the cpuvec. I don't
really understand how the x86 ever knows this. But I accept that if it
works and the test suite passes, it is valid.

Thanks for the patch. I'll merge it with 2.7.0 when I find some time,
hopefully when on holidays next month.
