Once you are sure it has pulled the latest changes, if it still doesn't trigger a recompile, you can do the following:
touch mpf_vec/*.c touch mpf_mat/*.c touch d_vec/*.c touch d_mat/*.c touch mpfr_vec/*.c touch mpfr_mat/*.c touch fmpz_lll/*.c touch fmpz_lll/test/*.c before doing make -j check MOD=fmpz_lll This should trigger a recompile of all the requisite files without having to rebuild everything from scratch. You can also do "git log" and check that the latest commit was 38c568fe189480cab7f81e52a915647cbe8b50eb Bill.
