I see where one can make a video from several jpg or pngs
is it possible to make a 5 sec dv avi from a single png
I tried -loop_input , like in ffmpeg
this did not work ( it ,likely , is very wrong )
mencoder mf://frame001.png -mf w=720:h=480:fps=30:type=png -loop_input
-t 5 -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=dv:-oac copy -o output.avi
my goal is to make a file.avi w dv codec and silent pcm audio , :05
long from a 720x480 png or jpg
