     Like you I'm a supporter of this project and am concerned that the
Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (who are a state, not a Minneapolis,
entity) has expressed concerns about it.  I'm working with the project's
backers (like the American Indian Housing and Community Development
Corporation) to keep the project moving forward.  Thanks, City Councilmember
