Polling sites in the City are secured by the Director of Elections for the
City of Minneapolis. I'm sure they would welcome suggestions for locations.
In many areas it is difficult to find sites. Many sites require fees and
they would rather find a site which does not. However, any violations you
have seen should really be brought to the attention of the Director since it
is her responsibility in the City. This also might be an area where they
need to have election judges to prevent any fraudulent activity at the
polling place. I know they are always looking for people to volunteer to be
election judges.
