My goodness.  

I'm sure you didn't intend to send this to the
whole list?  I am concerned that your
strategizing doesn't appear to be too "honest".

I know that a lot of folks feel that in order to
be successful in politics that one has to be mean
to folks and dishonest.

I was very successful as a campaign manager  with
Neva's Campaign, and have been successful with
the Affirmative Action Commission saying what I
feel and being honest with folks.  I don't
believe in using folks, or "keeping them by me"
so I can get information from them.

I believe that one of the best ways to be
successful in the DFL is to honestly say what you
don't know and let those folks that know the
process assist you.

I am really sad to hear that you are going to
conduct you campaign this way.  I don't see that
I can support you handling business this way.  I
would be afraid to have this behavior in City
Council, no matter what ward I live.
