If you haven't figured out yet how to celebrate the last day of the century
and millennium and what to do with your family and friends on New Year's
Eve please come down to the River. There will be light snow all day and
it's supposed to stay a little above zero all day and evening. Dress warm
and come on down.

Family activities, clowns, rides, skating and all that wintery fun with
fireworks at 8:00 for the little ones. Then a dance, more games and fun and
then ring in all of the new, dreamy bells, bubbles, charms and whistles
with fireworks again at Midnight.
On the River, Nicollet Island Pavillion brought to you by the Minneapolis
Park and Recreation Board.

May be peace and love be with you all in 2001 and beyond.
