Scott - I totally agree with you. I, too, see a massage therapist and
wouldn't give it up.
Part of the problem in the industry is that they need to be licensed. If
they are licensed, then there is some consistency and there would be some
control. The problem with that is that the industry itself cannot come up
with a set of standards. The City of Minneapolis worked on this several
years ago and it became very frustrating. Many good people tried to bring
some order out of chaos to set up a set of criteria for licensing, but in the
end they couldn't agree.
Perhaps your wife and some others could take another crack at it.
