There are those who live in a calm world where informality suffices. There are also those who live in interesting times where formality is all that keeps the lex talionis at bay. These bills supplement procedures laid out in Chapter 317A of Minnesota Statutes that govern non-profit corporations in some detail. Oh, if the walls could only talk in MCDA's Bob Cooper's office for the times he's had to struggle with fine-tuning legislative intent when NRP participants have come crying foul.
