Michael Krause quitting the Stonewall Caucus over this is a pretty major
statement. Didn't Krause used to be City DFL chair?

Doug Grow's column has said it all. It certainly does speak to the need
for a non-partisan Gay and Lesbian group to start up for the purpose of
evaluating Minneapolis Candidates. Impact Minnesota is focusing on state
races. Years back, we had the Gay Freedom Pac. This Pac was known as a
truly bipartisan group.

It is healthy for a democracy for city candidates to have strong
competition.
