I am a newcomer to this city and a friend of mine
forwards me e-mails from this list on occasion. I
can't dedicate the time to receive all the e-mails you
regulars receive but I enjoy reading the ones I get
from time to time.
This recent thread of e-mails regarding our dirty city
has me puzzled. Wasn't it just last fall sometime the
city announced that citizens or businesses better
adopt trash receptacles or they will be removed? And
now the same people are launching a clean city
campaign?
What's up with that? I'm confused.
