I think that it is very important that the city of Minneapolis have the
party systems. The reason that I think that we should keep the party system
is for name reconsietion. If people can look at a canadit and say that
he/she belongs to the DFL or the Green Or the IR or the many different other
parties that the city has it would be good for the candidates.
I think since that the city of Minneapolis is mostly DFL. I think that if
some one else comes in that is of a different party there will be a conflict
and when we have conflict there are uasly news stories that come out of that
so that would be good for the press.
I think now with the city elections coming up and for the most part the
DFL will once agene dominate the city. I think that people should consider
running in different parties. I am not saying people should by any means
change what they believe in . I just think that people should know that the
DFL will rule the city of mpls. When people look back at the city voting
records they will notice that the DFL will prevail. Who did the city of
Minneapolis Elect as the governor? I think we as a city voted for Skip. I
think that it would be safe to say that the DFL is the party of choice in
the city of Minneapolis.

What is the ratio of DFL to any other party in the upcomming city elections?
i know in the 11th ward South Minneapolis there are 3 DFl'rs running and as
of now i haven't heard of any other people that are running

I am only 21 years old and I do think that the city has turned to a DFL run
community. I would love to hear your thoughts.
