I understand many people go berserk at the sight of graffiti, but maybe
I've got used to it or I see the value in it. Some one took the time and
effort and broke the law to make a statement. Whereas the person who
litters is doing nothing but dropping their waste. So I see these two
irritants as being not quite the same. any thoughts?
I think trash makes the city look far worse than graffiti, also from a
financial point of view, it seems like it would be cheaper to pick up
trash than erase paint.
I know this is more complicated, especially when businesses are
involved.
If you look at west St. Paul murals on the sides of businesses curb alot
of unwanted graffiti.
