Just a brief addition to Scott's post. The HF 404 that passed was not the HF 404 as introduced. Rep. Wagenius passed a "delete all" bill that, as Scott said, incorporated many of the suggestions Wagenius had received from various neighborhood organizations . An engrossed HF 404 may be on the Minnesota legislative website today. If not, it should appear in the Journal of the House for April 2 when the body accepts the committee report.   Bill Dooley Ward 13 Kenny
