I can't answer for Lisa but just for fun will point
out a new question for you to research. That is why is
the library not including affordable housing in the
housing portion of the Central Library project? The
mid-level housing unit as I understand it is estimated
 at $350,000. When asked about affordable housing the
Central Library Implementation Committee said:
"Primary factor is need to generate TIF for the public
improvements" and "it is a question more of what
resources are needed for the project to generate the
tax increment financing portion."

Seems to me that everybody wants the other guy to take
care of affordable housing. If true, at least Lisa
built 3.
