It is a small number, but no one can demand that people do the duty they signed up 
for.  It was an early spring day, windy but nice, the ice was out in Powderhorn Lake, 
people
just don't come. Herron's campaign sent a letter to every delegate in the 8th ward. 
His campaign called almost every delegate in the ward at least once.

That's sad, but it is once of the reasons that 69 people wind up making those choices.

When the election season comes to a close in November whoever takes the responsibility 
to vote, chooses the challenger or the incumbent. I have no idea why people don't 
exercise
their franchise.  It's such a gift to even have a franchise on this big blue
