I have seen two bait vehicle billboards, one about 18 months ago and a new one within the last three months or so. I don't remember the first, but the current one shows four men, who seem to be two African American and two whatever whites. This *may* be on Washington Street NE, between Central and Stinson, but I'm not really sure.
AND, I think that posting their mug shots is just a great idea, thank you very much to whoever did it. "Fools names and fools faces are often seen in public places" as the doggerel has it. If the mug shots are real, maybe the people pictured will decide to grace some other city with their presence. One can hope.
