Actually, one should come off the list now because it was a homeowner who sold his/her property and presumably used the proceeds to buy another home and to move. I did not know that until recently. It's the rental dwelling that was bought and the tenants ultimately to be displaced that will put that property on our displacement report list. If moved and the initial tenants are able to move back in, then there'll be an explanation of that in the report. Otherwise, it's a displacement because of development, regardless of the move of the house to a new location. The purpose of the displacement report is to track tenants that are being displaced by a number of reasons, including development, demolition, condemnation, etc.By the way, these two properties have now made Project 504's informal

That's fair. If the houses are successfully moved do they come off the list?
