Annie, Why select a burger chain?
How about a local Minneapolis vendor? Why not a small business? Something with a variety of interesting food options? Perhaps ethnic, different menus in different locations? Lisa McDonald had a great idea last year - hire a local restaurateur to provide better quality food (not "fast food")... I think someone once proposed a beer/wine license for picnicers as well. Think of the litter, think of the signage/advertising.
