I just wanted to thank the people from the City and Hennepin County (including Commissioner Gail Dorfman ) for responding personally and promptly to my question. I set out just to find out what the correct behavior was at that intersection - it's very impressive to see action come from a single post on this group so quickly (see below).
Now if you could just get us City Council representation... :-)
